Skype runs over TCP & UDP.
Ports in Used ? many of them.
- Login to Server
- Initiating Call (TCP) 19328 > 1825
- During Call (UDP) 19328 > Destination : 29000 up to 60000
- End Call (TCP) 19328 > 1825
Call initiation & establishment are Peer to Peer Connections

how can start skype it is not connecting at all can you help in that
